Audio guide: Private sector pay settlements 2008

IRS pay and benefits editor Sarah Welfare joins Rob Moss to discuss the 2008 Pay Prospects Survey, which looks at likely pay settlements in the private sector next year. One in three private sector employers expects to come out of the 2008 wage round with a settlement of 4% or higher. The research, now in its 19th year, was published this month in Personnel Today's sister publication, Employment Review. |
